About Programme Coordinator role

Amnesty International is looking for a dynamic and experienced administrator to join its global advocacy team. You will ensure that programme activities are well planned and reported on; coordinate the planning, reporting and budgeting for the Programme, support the work of the Geneva office as it relates to UN systems and processes, and ensure that the office is managed efficiently.

The Programme Coordinator post is 17.5 hours per week and is based in Geneva.


Contribute to the smooth and efficient administration of the UN Geneva Office and support the International Advocacy Team.


You have relevant experience of administering and coordinating a large and diverse department or programme; Experience of drafting correspondence and reports; Experience of preparing and monitoring budgets and an ability to identify budget problems and solve them; In depth knowledge of budget maintenance systems, and financial resources management and record keeping; Knowledge of project reporting. Highly organized and efficient; Good knowledge of English.
