Research Project Manager

Mozilla Insights is a growing team that produces analytical and accessible publications with a global approach. In addition to Mozilla’s annual Internet Health Report, which compiles research and stories from around the world, they publish deep dives into key areas of importance for trustworthy AI and internet health. Their latest (and upcoming) work focuses on alternative data governance, AI transparency and bias, and innovation in emerging markets.

As Research Project Manager you will run all the research production processes on the Insights team. You will own streamlining the work, as well as knowledge management across the team’s projects. You will ensure their production cycles and resource distribution are well planned, efficiently executed, and connected throughout the process so that they can build on the takeaways. This role is inspired by the scrum master role in the agile methodology, so they will look forward to exploring with you how it can be deployed in a research environment. You will bring a variety of skills and professional experience in project and research management, and a mission -driven understanding of thier field across technology, business, and diverse social movements. This is a one-year, fixed term, benefited, contract position with a possibility of extension/ being made permanent!

Channel Marketing Manager, Europe [Contractor]

Are you eager to build a better internet? Join Mozilla’s European marketing team as the Channel Marketing Manager. We are looking for someone who is passionate about connecting the right message with the right audience at the right time and getting them to the right destination. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how to plan, execute and measure marketing campaigns and will use their previous experience to help us find new ways to bring consumers into their products and services. They are excited about digital marketing and want to balance established tactics with experimentation with emerging trends. They are comfortable analyzing data, understanding consumer insights and connecting these into business narratives.

This is a 12 month contractor role reporting to their EU Activation Lead who is part of the leadership team under Mozilla’s Senior Director of European Marketing.
