7amleh - The Arab Center for the Advancement of Social Media is a non-profit organization that advocates for Palestinian digital rights. 7amleh’s mission is to create a safe, fair and free digital space for Palestinians. 7amleh studies and researches issues related to Palestinian digital rights, provides digital rights, digital activism and digital security capacity building opportunities to Palestinian activists and civil society, and manages local and international advocacy campaigns.

The post-holder will manage the administrative and financial operations of 7amleh’s European office. Responsibilities include managing budgets and producing financial reports for funders, liaising with the accounting office and 7amleh’s legal adviser, ensuring compliance with French laws and regulations (including tax filings), supporting logistical operations in Europe, and maintaining an organised filing system.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance or administration required, ideally in the NGO sector. Experience with EU-based funders is a strong advantage. Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Arabic is highly desirable. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
