Based in the Netherlands and supporting ARTICLE 19 Europe (a Dutch stichting), the post-holder will contribute to the financial management of donor-funded projects and organisational oversight. Responsibilities include accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with donor and Dutch regulatory requirements, supporting programme teams in budget management, working closely with the Regional Director and Global Finance Team, and supporting audits.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or grant finance required. Fluency in English is essential; working knowledge of Dutch is strongly preferred. Non-EU candidates require a valid work permit.
