MenEngage Alliance is seeking an Advocacy Officer to support global efforts in advancing gender justice and transforming masculinities through high-impact policy work.

This fully remote, full-time role within the MenEngage Global Secretariat involves policy monitoring, advocacy coordination, developing policy materials, and leveraging collective power to shift policy at national, regional, and global levels.

The ideal candidate has a passion for applying intersectional feminist thinking to work with men and boys, and the ability to translate that insight into advocacy that shapes decision-making.

The Global Secretariat is currently distributed across 10 time zones.
