The 2026 edition focuses on the Digital Omnibus, the use of AI and data-driven technologies, international data transfers, recent rulings from the German Federal Court of Justice and the Court of Justice of the EU, and cookies, tracking, and ePrivacy.
Day one takes place on-site at the Futurium in Berlin with a focus on German and European perspectives; day two opens up to international discussions and global insights via livestream.
