Your core tasks in the area of financial administration include:

  • Pre-bail and accounting (incl. e-invoice)
  • Contact point to our payroll and tax office
  • Preparation and documentation of business and project audits
  • Preparation and cooperation for annual financial statements
  • Introducing and expanding workflows, routines and tools
  • Travel expense budgeting and billing
  • Issue of donation and donation receipts

In the project context, you will work closely with our project management and support them by:

  • Financial controlling for funding projects
  • Financial reporting to our donors in cooperation with the project management
  • Support of the project management in dealing with project budgets and funding requirements
  • Support in funding management, e.g. B. by compiling documents for funding applications

Depending on your previous experience, you can also take on additional areas of responsibility, for example:

  • Liquidity planning and quarterly financial planning in cooperation with the leadership team
  • Creation of project budgets for fundraising in cooperation with the leadership team
  • Supporting the leadership team in conducting Equivalency Determination for U.S. donors
  • Supporting the leadership team in preparing annual and transparency reports
