EPR Summer Course on European Platform Regulation 2025

Organised by the Institute for Information Law (IViR) at the University of Amsterdam, this five-day summer course offers an in-depth look at the legal and policy framework governing online platforms in the EU. With a particular focus on the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA), the course combines academic rigour with practical insights, delivered by a distinguished international faculty of experts in law, government, civil society, and academia.

EPR Summer Course on European Platform Regulation 2025

Over five intensive days, participants will explore how the European Union is reshaping the digital landscape through landmark regulations such as the DSA and DMA. The course includes deep dives into legislative developments, enforcement mechanisms, and the broader ecosystem of platform governance. Seminar-style teaching encourages active engagement and exchange between participants and faculty.

The confirmed faculty includes top figures like Daphne Keller (Stanford), Benoit Loutrel (ARCOM), Yoel Roth (University of Pennsylvania), and experts from the European Commission and civil society. Designed for professionals in law, policy, academia and advocacy, the course offers a unique chance to gain clarity on complex EU digital regulation and to expand your network in the field.

Tuition fees range from €1000 (civil society/PhD) to €2500 (standard). A certificate is awarded upon completion. Dutch lawyers can obtain NOvA credits.
