Wikimedia Movement and the Free Knowledge Advocacy Group EU have the pleasure to invite you to a Monsters of Law event featuring First Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the European Union, Maciej Szpunar titled: New Technologies and Fundamental Rights.

First Advocate General Maciej Szpunar will talk about various aspects of the law of new technologies from the perspective of EU Law. It will concern in particular: injunctions against intermediaries, the concepts of communication to the public and territoriality, along with the changing nature of services and their “uberisation”.

The event will not be recorded or streamed to ensure a lively exchange and inspiring discussion. Thank you to those who already confirmed their attendance. Those who haven’t can still R.S.V.P!
